Abstract (EN)
Maritime transportation plays a very important role in the procurement process of goods and products in world trade. Developing technology and techniques enable these procurement processes to be carried out both safely and quickly. Participation of business stakeholders in the implementation of the necessary safety measures for traditional and combined transport has become obligation. It is an ideal approach to carry out co-ordinated international rules and local legislation and to complement each other. With the developing technology and techniques ensures opportunity both safe and fast on the supplying processes. In the course of this process has been required involved join the sectoral stakeholders the implementation of the safety measures required by conventional and combined transport. It is an ideal approach to carry out the co-ordinated international rules and local legislation and to complement each other. Shipyard, equipment producers, ports, agencies, ship management, shipowners and ships operating in the maritime sector are examined in terms of occupational health and safety practices, maritime transport in combined transportation system and interaction in port operations. Road safety, road safety, and legal applications required by road and rail transport systems has been evaluated in way of legal rules. In this thesis, the sea transportation which is an important pillar of the supply chain in way of international conventions in force of the ships operating internationally together 6331 numbered occupational health and safety rules. It was concluded that the related regulations should be harmonized with a law taking into consideration the decision of the Constitutional Court.
