Abstract (EN)
This study aims to answer the question of "How has the perception of deontic justice, which means caring for the justice due to moral motives, been shaped in organizational culture context? For the stated purpose, quantitative research methods are used and Two hundred and one employees working in Yalova city have been surveyed. The acquired data have been analyzed using multiple regression in SPSS 23.0 software. As a result of the regression analysis, it has been seen that the perception of hierarchical culture and market culture positively affects the perception of deontic justice.
