The Turks SSCB hegemony according to the journal which named as "Dergi" (1955-1972)

SSCB has gained dominance over Turkistan, İdil-Ural and Caucasus, after the revolution of 1917 October. SSCB published in 30 December, 1922 officially. Firstly, SSCB managers rearranged also culture and religion. They made godlessness propaganda ant the religious institutions has been closed down. Art work and literatüre were under the control of SSCB. Unfreedom of prees caused dissidents were abroad because they could not press action. SSCB managers were not acting like socialist, they were almost a Russian racist, Russian language was obligated in the education, they made Slavic people as manager in the region that Turkish people live in, and these people were banished, Slavic people came in to instead of Turkish people. After settlement of Turkish and Ukrainian people in Turkey and Europe, they restared pres facilities and it caused spreading news to the World related with people who live in SSCB. An done of the Journals is "Dergi", was published by the lnstitu of learning SSCB. The Dergi was published in 1955. It includes articles about SSCB politics and improvement of cducation, economics, art, culture, politics, religion, transportation and population of people who live under the control of SSCB. Apart from that, new works were introduced on the Dergi, and published some informations about conferences of Institute of learning SSCB. Ending of Dergi's board casting life with 66th issue that was published in 1972. In this study, make a study of 66 issue, informations about Institute of learning SSCB and Dergi, frameworks and lifes of the authors. The second section includes perspective of SSCB management articles are listed in chronological order and according to names of authors.
