Abstract (EN)
One of the most important problem in the construction sector is inadequate carrying capacity of building soils. In such cases, various soil improvement methods are used. Soil improvement is defined as the improvement of the soil properties at the desired level by using various methods when it is not suitable for superstructure construction. There are various types of soil improvement methods. The method is depends on the construction site, the floor tread, the earthquake zone, the time allocated for soil improvement application, and the cost. One of the most widely used methods in recent times is deep soil mixing. In this study, the effects of injection pressure, mixing time and dosing parameters on application are investigated with a deep soil mixing device developed for the laboratory. Deep soil mixing columns are prepared using different injection pressures, mixing times and dosages then subjected to unconfined compression test. As a result of the study, it has been determined that the effect of injection pressure, cement dosage and mixing time on the compressive strength of deep soil mixing samples varies depending on soil properties.
