Determination of the association

In our legal system, the concept of society was used instead of the concept of association a short time ago. In fact, our law, which included the first regulations regarding associations, was the Law of Associatins No. 353. Associations, which are considered as non-govermental organizations today, are gaining importance with the development of the democratic society order. Associations, which have become an indispensable part of social life and contribute to the development and progress of the society and the easy achievement of the goals of people who come together to realize their çömmen goals, are automatically terminated in case of certain situations. Our thesis, on the other hand, will try to deal with the termination, conditions, reasons and consequences of the associations, with the desicion to be taken in line with the will of the authorized bodies or with a court decision in case certain conditions are met. A decision can be made at any time by the general assembly, which is the authorized body, without seeking any reason other than the meeting ande decision quorum regarding the dissolution of the association. In addition, the conditions and limits of the dissolution of associations by court decision will be tried to be detarmined. Because, arbitrary and unlawful practices in the dissolution of associations, either by the decision of the general assembly or by a court decision, will render the free estamblishment system in their organizations useless.
