State Planning Organization organizational structure and functions

In the first part of the study, the Soviet Union and especially China examined the development and transformation planning in the World. In the next chapter, to the development of planning in Turkey are discussed. Starting from the initial industry plan, included in the tenth plan, all plans has been investigated in studies to date. Planning organization in Turkey, which is DPT, On 30 September 1960, 91 with the law, the as a constitutional organization was founded. However, during the period that begins with the January 24 decisions, DPT has changed a lot. This study, the DPT's to the present day from the establishment, it follows the change in organizational structure and function.
