Abstract (EN)
This study aims to examine the impact of digital transformation on leadership styles, with a particular focus on the comparison between autocratic and democratic leadership approaches. Data were collected from 292 employees working in both public and private sectors. Descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, t-tests, and ANOVA were used for analysis. The findings indicate that as the level of digital transformation increases, the tendency toward autocratic leadership decreases, while democratic leadership becomes more prominent. Demographic variables such as gender, tenure, and type of institution were also found to influence perceptions of leadership. Digital transformation promotes leadership models that emphasize transparency, participation, and empathy. In this context, the study contributes to a better understanding of effective leadership in the digital age and offers valuable insights for organizations seeking to restructure their leadership strategies in accordance with digital dynamics.
