Abstract (EN)
In electronic systems, the power transmission network (PTN) plays a critical role in ensuring efficient power management, particularly in battery-powered devices. As electronic systems continue to shrink in size, the need to reduce the size of PTNs without sacrificing performance increases. This necessitates the development of highly efficient DC regulators capable of operating with variable input and output ranges. DC regulators are a vital component of PTNs in digital electronic systems, and their design is a popular area of research due to the ongoing challenges and opportunities for innovation. This research involves a novel high-voltage, high-gain DC-DC regulator specifically designed for high-efficiency applications requiring high-voltage step-down ratios without the use of transformers. Key parameters addressed in the designed DC-DC converter include efficiency, variable input, optimized circuit design and output range, the use of high-frequency controllers, and the reduction of output ripple. To improve the design, the converter's output is digitally controlled. During the design process, the proposed converter was tested in MATLAB using PID, fuzzy logic controller, and neutrosophic fuzzy logic controller (NFLC) control strategies. In these tests, NFLC outperformed other controllers. An LTSpice model of the designed circuit was created to conduct real-world testing of the design. Simulations and tests conducted in LTSpice validated the practical application of the proposed converter. The designed converter's applications span a variety of areas, including high-speed digital circuits, power distribution networks, avionics systems, industrial control systems, and telecom/laboratory power supplies. The final design provides a reliable solution for sensitive electronic applications by providing high efficiency, negligible output ripple, and scalability.
