Inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity symptoms are defined as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), regardless of developmental level and age. It is observed that children diagnosed with ADHD are extremely active, distracted and easily distracted from infancy. All these features cause their low success. The rate of occurrence in the society is 5.9-7% in children, if not treated, 6% does not affect adolescence and 4% adulthood. Pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, complementary and alternative methods are used in ADHD treatment. Since ADHD is a biological disease, drug therapy is mainly used. It is a sound stimulation technique written in the Auditory Psycho-Phonology (IPF) theory, which is a psycho-educational technique in complementary and alternative methods used in ADHD treatment. Within the scope of this thesis study, the profile application of the Neurosound device and the listening Attitude Questionnaire Test programs were compared with the clinically approved MOXO d-CPT test to determine listening attitudes. In the MOXO d-CPT test performed before and after the Neurosound device, 4 different indices were measured for 12 different participants. The pandemic process was effective, although the study was related to 12 participants. At the same time, only ADHD diagnosis was effective in finding participants and keeping them oral with 12 participants. Improvement in carelessness index; The level of standard performance-normal situation and inattention decreased by 2,433 points from -3,17 in other words, from the performance difficulty-out of bounds level to -0,75. The improvement in the timing parameter was observed in performance from the stress-out of limits level of -3.35 to -1.56, lower performance-below the average and 1.75 points improvement in the timing index. Improvement in impulsivity index; An improvement of 0.595 points was observed in the index of good performance-normal high-level and impulsivity from the below average level of -0.88 low performance to -0.285. Improvement in hyperactivity index; -4.88 in performance strain-good performance from out of bounds level to 0-normal upper level and 4.88 points increase in hyperactivity index was observed. In the Listening Attitude Questionnaire Test program conducted before and after the production of the Neurosound device, 12 different listening attitudes were measured for 12 different participants. An improvement of 11 points, or 30.5%, was observed in listening attitudes RA, RAF, EBP, EP, EAF. An improvement of 10 points, or 27.7%, was observed in RBP and EBF listening attitudes. An improvement of 9 points, or 25%, was observed in RSP and RPF listening attitudes. An improvement of 7 points, that is 19.4%, was observed in the ESP listening attitude. An improvement of 6 points, or 16.6%, was observed in RP listening attitude. An improvement of 5 points, or 13.9%, was observed in EA listening attitude. The Listening Attitude Questionnaire Test and MOXO d-CPT test results, which were improved with 12 different views, show that; The neuroplasticity of one of the participants was developed with the Neurosound device and their neural networks were arranged. At the same time, new neural pathways were formed in the participants. Looking at these results, it was seen that the Developed Listening Attitude Questionnaire Test MOXO d-CPT test can be used as an alternative. As a result, the effectiveness of the Neurosound device was measured with both the MOXO d-CPT test and the Listening Attitude Questionnaire Test program and it was seen to be effective as a complementary method in ADHD treatment.
