Factors affecting the union preferences of religious officials

This study aims to comprehensively examine the factors affecting the union preferences of religious officials. The research has identified various internal and external factors that have an impact on key dynamics such as union commitment, satisfaction and active participation. Internal factors include the union's representativeness, its alignment with policies and values, and the support provided. External factors include the social environment, political climate, legal regulations and economic conditions. The study results reveal that religious officials' union preferences vary depending on factors such as the union's ability to represent members, its commitment to policies and values, and the concrete gains it provides. In addition, it has been observed that external factors such as the social environment, political changes and legal regulations are determining factors on the satisfaction and loyalty of union members. In light of these findings, it is recommended that unions make strategic improvements such as increasing communication and transparency, expanding representation and participation, diversifying social and economic supports, adapting to external factors and updating values and policies in order to increase member satisfaction and loyalty. These strategies will enable religious officials to be more effective and satisfied within union structures, thus increasing the overall effectiveness and attractiveness of unions.
