Abstract (EN)
As a social entity humankind is depended on his environment since his birth and the process of his social and individual existence is based on his learning from his early environment. By defining socialization as a progress of acquiring of social norms, customs, values, and beliefs, and of transferring of culture in a social unity or group, socialization is synonym for education. Individual learns its religion and belief as well as the idea, tradition, norms, value system and life style of his/him society in this process. Religious socialization, which is a situation religion gives its color to socialization due to its structural quality, has influence in where individual learns religious rules, norms, values and practices and also is included in the overall socialization process. The purpose of this study is to try to understand religion and socialization in the context of religious socialization and social media.
