Abstract (EN)

This research was conducted between 2016-2017 through 11 face-to-face interviews in Bağlar,Kayapınar,Yenişehir districts of the province of Diyarbakır and 210 customers shopping in these transfers and 100 face-to-face interviews.The aims of this study to determine the purshasing preferences of the local socio-economic and demographic charac teristics of the local people.In addition,it has been tried to evaluate the customers from the point of view of the transfers of plants to determine the status of information about the sale and meaning,of plants,strange conditions and legal obligations of planst.The use of known plants for different purposes or in different ways has been questioned interviews with local people and herbalits.Us a result of the questionnairs,110 plants belonging to about 56 families of herbalists and customers in the research area were used for various purposes. This research is the first study conducted in Diyarbakır,which has a very special and rich culinary culture with a large number of ethnically based people depending on customs and traditions.
