Abstract (EN)

In this work, the usage of self organized surface plasmon rezonance (SPR) chipsand quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) electrode containing nucleotide memories forDNA assay, evaluating molecular imprinted polymeric films (MIP) for molecularrecognition, preparation of CdS quantum dots having nanoshells with guanozin memoryand evaluation of these quantum dots for DNA recognition have been investigated. At(MAC),first stage; synthesis and caracterization of methacrylolycysteinmethacrylolyhistidine (MAH), [MAC-Hg(II)] and [MAH-Pt(II)] monomers have beendone in order to use in the preparation of molecular memories. In the second part; thepreparation of memories for the recognition of DNA binding site on the surface of SPRchips and QCM electrode using MAH-Pt(II)-Guanosine, MAC-Hg(II)-Adenine andMAH-Pt(II)-Guanine pre-organized monomers have been done. In the third stage;efficiency of CdS quantum dots having guanosine memory on DNA recognition sites andusing these nanosensors in the determination of guanosine, guanine, ss-DNA and ds-DNAhave been investigated.Keywords: Molecularly Imprinted Polymers (MIP), Surface Plasmon RezonanceSpectroscopy (SPR), Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM), Quantum DotNanocrystals, Guanosine Synthetic Receptors, CdS nanocrystals
