Abstract (EN)
In this study, triaxial electrical porcelains have been prepared using natural clay minerals. In order to induce phase transations, ulexite mineral has been doped with different concentrations to examine its effects on the crystal structure also pellets with the highest concentration of ulexite sintered at different temperatures to understand effect of crystallization on dielectric properties. Prepared samples have been charactarided using XRD, SEM and EDX spectroscopy tecniques and phase transitions examined by using datas obtained from XRD diffraction analysis in Rietvield Refinement method. Dielectric properties of the samples sintered at different temperatures analyzed using impedance spectroscopy method in order to understand effects of crystalization on dielectric loss, AC conductivity, dielectrik constant and capacitive properties.
