Abstract (EN)
Alkaline zinc, alkaline zinc-iron, alkaline zinc-nickel coating process and cataphoresis coating processes used to increase the corrosion performance resistance of pouring and hot forging parts are independent processes. In this study, by combining two different processes, a product with superior coating properties than the products obtained from each process was produced. As a result of the studies, the most suitable coating process types visually were determined. Shocking, pull-off adhesion, ink test, water resistance, salt spray, impact test, cyclic corrosion and scab corrosion performance tests were applied to the final coating. In addition, zinc coating thickness was measured in the x-ray diffraction device and the phosphate crystal appearance was obtained in the scanning electron microscope.
