ABSTRACT Nowadays, fundamental changes on management thinking have been being existed. In the 21st century, increasingly, the changes have a tendency to expand so many different dimensions. In this process, Transformation concept has been used intend of change concept to define the importance and dimension of the subject. For the materialisation of this formation, the effect of technological knowledge and communication is paradigmatic transformation have already forced the intellectual studies to combine with matching postmodern. The study is about what it is. This accumulation which has a global dimension beyond a certain field, with postmodern concept and functional power is being helpful to happen real transformation by carrying future into present occurrence of this kind of construction depends on the leadership talent which is bound up with administrator's elective and synthesis understanding a part from their positions. Up to now, studies on leadership have gained some different dimension and now it has been started to get benefit from the studies with an integral understanding. This approach connected with integral understanding is the theory of transformable leadership. It has been observed that business administrators are not able to perform transformable leadership, but; they are full of wished for having skills and getting better by means of educational management programmes. However, administrators -to gain skills- have to get enough and deep knowledge in certain field and of course; administrative formation as well. Training is an effect to invest for future to gain skills, administrators should be in training efforts which are obligatory conditions of enormous dimensions of a term in organizations for variable competition beyond the profit; dealing with the customers and trying to continue the function of organization.
