Abstract (EN)
This study was carried out to research relations between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Datas which are used in the research achieved from five different faculty in the University which is in Istanbul. Data was collected from 145 acedemics. The main reason of the study is to examine the role of transformational leadership over the organizational citizenship behavior. Various analysis is performed between the dimensions of the variables and relationships have been identifed.
