Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, fourth-order discrete-time linear time-varying systems are considered. These systems are described by an order one linear difference equation. Commutativity conditions for fourth-order discrete-time linear time-varying systems are presented. The importance of the thesis topic in terms of engineering application including properties such as robustness, sensitivity and stability is emphasized.
