Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study, firstly, the definition of functional differential equations and the classification of these types of equations are discussed. The definitions of oscillation and nonoscillation of solutions are given and explained with examples. Subsequently, some important studies available in the literature on the oscillation of fourth-order functional differential equations are summarized, emphasizing the importance of their results. In the third chapter, which presents the main results of the thesis study, a class of fourth-order functional differential equations with a superinear neutral term is considered, and some new criteria related to the oscillation of this class of equations are obtained. The applicability and significance of the results are demonstrated with examples.
