Evaluation of the place of the Russian foreign argument in Russian foreign policy through the Transdinester problem

The definition of Russian national identity differs from time to time, and the forces in power tried to put this definition into different definition concepts in their favor in order to increase the legitimacy of the Russian identity, causing the Russian identity to remain in a whirlwind of constant crisis. With the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the Russians, who were burdened with the minority status in the post-Soviet geography, also brought about many problems alongside. Issues arising during the integration of the Russian diaspora into many newly independent republics, and the Russian Federation's use of this diaspora as a foreign policy pressure tool caused the issues to continue until today. This situation, which emerged in the post-Soviet geography, causes conflicts that lead up to turmoils in the international arena rather than the bilateral relations of the Russian Federation and the republics where the Russian diaspora live. The Transnistria region, which is located within the territory of Moldova, also constitutes one of the post-Soviet geographies where the Russian diaspora lives intensely. Following the last periods of the Soviet Union, the separatist movements initiated by the Russian diaspora in the region have progressed to the extent of armed conflict with the Moldovan government. Despite the reconciliation efforts, which include international organizations and Russia, have been carried out to solve the problem, none of them have been fully concluded. Although the Transnistria issue still exists as a problem today, the differing attitudes of the Russian Federation do not lead to anything other than delaying the solution of the problem.
