The effect of logistics performances of foreign trade firms on customer satisfaction and firm performance: An application on Çerkezköy and Çorlu firms

This research, is to examine the effect of logistics performances of foreign trade companies on customer satisfaction and firm performance. In line with the purpose, the online questionnaire consisting of the form for determining the descriptive characteristics of the participants and companies, logistics performance scale, firm performance scale and customer satisfaction scales in line with the purpose; It was applied voluntarily to 406 company managers engaged in foreign trade in Çerkezköy and Çorlu in 2022. The data obtained were evaluated by means of SPSS 22.0 statistical program in computer environment. As a result of the research; It has been determined that there are positive and significant relationships between logistics performance, customer satisfaction and firm performance by using correlation analysis, and with regression analysis, logistics performances of firm explained customer satisfaction at the level of 22.7% and firm performance at the level of 29.6%. According to the gender, marital status of the company managers participating in the research, the location of the company, the number of people working in the companies, there are no differences in the logistics performance, firm performance and customer satisfaction levels, other variables such as the age of the managers, education level, duration of foreign trade of the company, the sector in which the company operates and It has been determined that there are differences according to market areas.
