Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of four parts. In the first chapter, the importance of the thesis has been discussed. In the second chapter, the basic definitions and concepts used in the thesis have been given. In the third chapter, Fibonacci and Lucas octonions are discussed. In the fourth chapter, dual Fibonacci and Lucas octonions have been given.
