Abstract (EN)
It is an undeniable fact that Energy is one of the most important indicators of the level of development and prosperity of countries. As technology development, population growth, industrialization and globalization increase the demand for energy, the supply of Energy resources has become one of the most important goals of countries. Energy consumption accelerated with increasing environmental problems and population growth. Energy deprivation, which may arise from the consumption energy of resources, constitutes a majör obstacle in the development, poverty and hunger struggle of the countries. Therefore, the provision of energy resources, the security of this energy supply and the sustanainability of energy resources are a problem fort he whole world and states try to cope with these problems by implementing some policies against it. Sustainable development model also seeks to ensure continuity of resources and reach future generations.
