Development of micro-credits in the world and Turkey,effect of microcredit applications in Turkey on women's employment

DEVELOPMENT OF MİCRO-CREDITS IN THE WORLD AND TURKEY,EFFECT OF MICROCREDIT APPLICATIONS IN TURKEY ON WOMEN'S EMPLOYMENT Microcredit application has been an application which has been providing small-scale loans that have not granted by banks and are economically difficult. Therefore, it has been an important practice that tries to eliminate poverty. For this purpose, microcredit application has been an important evolution which has recently been preferred, providing female employment and eliminating poverty. Microcredit application which has been applied in many countries and many continents like India, Bangladesh, China, Russia, has been began to effort on the employment of poor women in Turkey by Turkey Foundation for Waste Reduction (TİSVA). Microcredit efforts which has been implemented in 2011, has been spread throughout the country and started to be offered on the basis of non-governmental organizations and local government. In this study, microcredit application which has been an important factor in fight against poverty, has been discussed on basis of world and Turkey. Turkey is examined how the implementation of microcredit and microfinance application which performs the organization. In this context, local and international resources have been utilized. During the study period, microcredit level and employment rate have been discussed. However located in Turkey Grameen Microfinance Program between the years 2003-2018; · Amount of credit used · Number of employed women which have own enterprise · Amount of credit collected · Number of active micro entrepreneurs A comparison have been made between the ratios of the total number of women employed. As a result of the obtained data, the increase in the number of active entrepreneurs in Turkey Grameen Microfinance Program has to offer micro-credits to the conclusion that increase women's employment in Turkey has reached.
