Abstract (EN)

Along with the increasing human population, the rate of industrialization is increasing day by day in line with the various needs and requirements of people. For this reason, it has compelled us to use existing energy in different types and in the most correct way. Thanks to the developments in the field of power electronics, it is aimed to reduce the circuit losses, increase their efficiency, and especially reduce the cost and size. In our study, we examined the performances of 3X TBSC AK and 3X RTBSC AK circuits, which are two of the systems previously designed for these purposes, under the same conditions. Both converters were run at different switching frequency values both in the experimental environment and in the simulation environment with the help of the PSIM program, and the results were analyzed. According to these different frequency values, data such as converter efficiency, voltage regulation, current rise rates of the switch and the peak values of the current in the switches were analyzed. The results are presented in tabular form and the advantages and disadvantages of both converters are presented. In addition, the results obtained were graphed with the help of MATLAB, so that the analysis could be done more easily.
