Abstract (EN)
In permanent magnet synchronous generators, the preference of imported and high-priced magnets consisting of rare earth elements has recently been replaced by ferrite (ceramic) type affordable magnets. The fact that ferrite magnets are easily produced and supplied around the world and in our country has become a great advantage for the use of these magnets. Permanent magnet synchronous generators used in electrical energy production and the efficiency and cost of generators are important. In the thesis study, permanent magnet synchronous generator design, generator optimization and various analyzes and measurements, which is one of the generator types used in electrical energy production; The simulation technology was also implemented through a packaged software. In general, instead of the generator, which is produced as surface mounted and rare earth element magnets are used, spoke type design is preferred in the study and it is aimed to adapt the ferrite magnets used to the system in an efficient manner. With the revisions applied to the rotor structure, the space harmonics were tried to be minimized, and efficient energy use became a priority. With the work carried out, the simulation of the rotor spoke type ferrite magnet synchronous generator has been completed, the space harmonics have been minimized in the simulation environment and reduced to an acceptable level, and it is aimed that the application will take place both in the industrial industry and in the literature, to offer suggestions in terms of the results obtained and to be useful.
