Relationship between emotional business and cooperation: A research on health workers

Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, the increasing competition environment leads to an increase in the expectations for the employees and result that the employees want to respond to these expectations. Employers needs much more to emplay the person who can continuously improve themselves,which can show high performances against customers, both emotionally and by the labor force, have increased. This situation has increased the importance of some concept within the discipline of organizational behavior. The aim of this research is to determine the possible relationship between the tendencies of individuals who are immersed in their work,who have great pleasure and excitement or have more superficial feelings while doing their job. Within the scope of the study, a survey was conducted through the employees of the Kocaeli Provincial Health Directorate.The sample of the study was determined as 220 personnel working in the Disrict Health Directorate of the Gebze Disrict and Family Health Centers. 205 of the distributed questionnaires were analyzed. The data set compiled in the study was adapted to the analysis in SPSS22 statistical package program. The data were analyzed by Correlation Analysis,T test and Anova test. As a result of the research, a weak positive relationship was found between emotional labor and workaholism. The increase in the level of emotional labor causes the increase of workaholicism. In addition, married people tend to be more occupational. In-depth role-playing tendency is mostly observed in the 21-37 age range. The superficial role of doctors were more frequent than other health care workers. The in-depth role-playing and compulsiveness in high school graduates were higher than in other education.
