The mediator effect of organizational citizenship behavior on the relationship between emotional labor: Application i̇n the financial sector

Purpose of this study is to determine the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior between emotional burnout levels and emotional labor behaviors of financial sector employees through an online news channel. Data from 236 people were evoluated and 166 people data sets were formed by eliminating the questionares. In the light of the data, it has been revealed that organizational citizenship behavior hasn't a mediator effect on the emotional burnout with emotional labor.
