Abstract (EN)

This research has been realized in order to determine relation between Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, Cultural Intelligence and Entrepreneurship concepts. Also, Emotional Intelligence in: Emotional Valuation and Utilization, To be Positive-Optimist sub-dimensions; Social Intelligence in: Social Data Processing, Social Skills sub-dimensions; Cultural Intelligence in: Cultural Interaction, Cultural Recognization sub-dimensions have been studied. In addition above mentioned dimensions studied whether they showant difference with demographic factors. In general Intelligence is an intelligence skills. Contents reasoning, planning, problem solving, abstract thinking, perception of complex ideas, quick learning, get benefit from experiences along with other skills. Although many forms and types of intelligence have been put forward Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence and Cultural Intelligence came forward due to their contribution to lead individuals to success in our daily life. Emotional Intelligence by manifesting self motivation, keeping perseverance drive, postponement of satisfaction by controlling urges, regulating psychological state, hindering of thinking in the troubled environment, to put himself in someone else's place, look forward with hope, have influence on entrepreneurship. Social Intelligence defined as in the interpersonal environment to understand his personal and others' feelings, thoughts and behaviors and react accordingly, with its contribution to make decision, communication functions effects entrepreneurship. Cultural Intelligence gained lots of importance and meanings due to globalization and developments in multi cultural communications, within this context cultural intelligence is a skill and factor for the individuals to be efficient and successful, or briefly we can say that cultural intelligence is a skill of an individual be interactive with other cultures. Entrepreneurship is a process of starting with creating new opportunity or catch an existing opportunity in order to create new values and for this structuring an organization or sub-organization. Research is realized on 450 university students from different universities and connected faculties. Analysis' is performed with SPSS21 package program. During this analysis process discovering factor analysis, Cronbach reliability test, Pearson correlation analysis, Regression analysis, t-test, and ANOVA tests are used. Research leads us that Emotional Intelligence and Cultural intelligence are statistically effective on Entrepreneurship Intention. In addition at the sub-dimensions Cultural Recognition, Emotional Valuation and Utilization, Emotionally to be Pozitive effects Entrepreneurship Intention. Difference tests performed in accordance with demographic variables, research dimensions in, gender, age, work experience, whether take entrepreneurship class, division of faculty, whether there is a entrepreneur in the family, parents income indicates differences in different scales.
