Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect and importance of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction. Emotional intelligence can be used as general mood with personal and interpersonal relationships, stress management, adaptation to circumstances and environment. It has been examined in two dimensions as internal and external satisfaction for job satisfaction. 256 team managers consisting of employees of a private bank for investigation are folded. Measuring Emotional Intelligence Bar-On's photograph of the Emotional Intelligence Scale features the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale that Weiss, Davis England and Lofquist designed for enclosing all jobs by measuring business architectural characteristics. According to the results obtained, it was seen that sub dimensions of emotional intelligence affected the processing of sub dimensions. Interpersonal abilities, which are the sub-dimensions of emotional intelligence, have been the most impressive compared to other dimensions ("personal abilities", "stress management", "compliance" and "general mood").
