Ebu'l-bekâ el-Kefevî and his historicalexplination el-'Udde 'İnde Külli Şiddeالعدة عندة كل شدة في شرح قصيدة البردة - أبو البقاء الكفوي

Our study is about reviewing of Ebu'l-Bekâ el-Kefevî's historical explination named El-'Udde 'inde Külli Şidde fî Şerhi Kasîdeti'l-Bürde. The author, who was born in Kefe, lived there for many years and was originally from Kefe, received the title of "Kefevî" in the 17th century. He is a Crimea Turk scholar during Ottoman period. His father was historian and mufti of Kefe. He worked as a mufti in Kefe and later on as a judge in Istanbul as well as in various towns. Some sources mentioned that he was a professor. Ebu'l-Bekâ had extensive knowledge in the field of fiqh, especially regarding the Hanafi school. Due to his extensive knowledge, he was given the title of QADİ OF MEVLEVİ (Molla), the highest level of the ilmiye organization. In addition, it is known that he has a great knowledge in the field of Arabic language. Actually, he is the owner of a concepts dictionary which is still using till today and which many commentators refer to. In this work, which we have examined, the author explains Kasîde-i Bürde in simple manner within the framework of sarf, nahiv, belâgat and religious sciences. Within this study, his historical explination was described and the errors in the copies were corrected and the deficiencies were completed, and a complete text was tried to be presented to the reader.
