In light of this information collected, it has been observed that pharmacoeconomics class is offered by two of these Faculties of Pharmacy, and not offered by three of them. Since pharmacoeconomics is an important target in increasing patients? quality of life, pharmacists need to take actions in order to increase their activities in this area. Therefore, it is necessary to add the pharmacoeconomics class to the curriculums of faculties of pharmacy. It should be considered that in our country, pharmacoeconomics needs firstly to be included in the curriculum of undergraduate pharmacy education; and we should have graduate and doctorate programs in order to increase the number of educated experts in this area.Key words: Pharmacoeconomics, Health economics, Education, Pharmacy, Pharmacy education
