Abstract (EN)
In this study, we have discussed the masnavi named Deh Hitab of Edhemi, one of the poets of the period of Suleiman the Magnificent. We examined the only one copy of this masnavi registered with the inventory number 1314 in the Hudai Efendi Collection of the Hacı Selim Aga Manuscript Library in terms of form and content. In the introductory part of our study, which consists of four chapter, we discussed the masnavi genre as a verse form and examined it in terms of form and content. Then, in the first chapter of our study, the 16th century, when Edhemî lived. We conveyed the current political and literary situation in the 16th century Ottoman Area. In the second chapter of our work, we conducted an in-depth research on Edhemî, who has no biography information about his life in the any source, and conveyed the results we obtained together with our evaluations. In the third chapter, after giving information about the manuscript that we are working on, we analyzed the masnavi of named Deh Hitab. In the fourth part, we included the text of the manuscript work and the repaired the text of manuscript where necessary.
