Abstract (EN)
This thesis aims to examine the impact of company culture on digital transformation and technology practices in medium-sized companies. In the examinations, the following topics were defended: the organizational structure of the company has an impact on the formation of company culture, the company's employee choices have an impact on the formation of company culture, company culture has an impact on digital transformation and technology applications in medium-sized companies, company culture has an impact on digital transformation and technology applications in medium-sized companies with international customers, manager and process analysis evaluations have an impact on digital transformation and technology applications processes, and being successful in digital transformation and technology applications processes is related to manager effects and sectoral distribution.
