The aim of the education and role of teacher in educational philosophy: A critic of the praxis of freedom and banker educational model in Freire

The aim of this thesis is to criticize the literature on the purpose and purpose of education, the role and duties of the teacher, who the student is, how the school should be, within the framework of the critical education philosopher and Paulo Freire in the context of the basic theories of educational philosophy. Pragmatist, Idealist, Existentialist, Analytical, Realist, Critical educational philosophies constitute the research universe as general educational philosophy theories. Within the framework of Paulo Freire, one of the founding theorists of critical education philosophy, the problems of the purpose of education and the role of the teacher will be critical. The content of the thesis study is the relationship of education with other philosophical disciplines, starting with the discussion of education, school, student and teacher issues, which are the basic concepts of philosophy of education; The ontology of education, ethics of education, policy of education and epistemology of education will be continued with subject patterns. In the second part of the thesis content, the theories of educational philosophy and the philosophy of critical education will be discussed together with the ideas in the background, and Freire's educational philosophy will be discussed in the last part. After discussing the purpose of education and the role of the teacher through Freire's criticism, the general criticism will take place in the conclusion.
