Abstract (EN)

The focus of current study is to understand the affect of Training and Development Programs, on the on employee's motivation in banking sector. The back bone of this study is the secondary data comprised of comprehensive literature review. Three hypotheses are developed to see the impact of all the independent variables on the overall employee's motivation. The hypotheses show that all these have significant affect on employee's motivation. Pearson correlation coefficients were used to determine the relationship between the measuring instruments. Regression analyses were used to develop possible significant models in line with the objectives of the study. Results show that Training and Development Programs have significant affect on the employee's motivation in banking sector. We also prove our Hypothesis through empirical data. However, results are strongly based on the literature review.
