Dr. Mehmet Emin TURAN 2024, 89 Pages This research aims to investigate the relationship between authentic leadership, motivation, and teachers' professional resilience in educational settings. The study also investigated the level of teacher professional resilience based on factors such as gender, age, marital status, years of teaching experience, and whether or not they entered the teaching profession voluntarily. The scope of this study encompasses educators employed in public schools under the Ministry of National Education in the Ağrı province and its surrounding districts during the academic year of 2023-2024. The study group comprises a collective of 384 volunteer teachers, with 152 being female and 232 being male. These instructors are employed in public schools that are affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in Ağrı province and its districts. The study gathered information on authentic leadership using the "Authentic Leadership Scale", motivation using the "Teacher Motivation Scale", and teacher resilience using the "Teacher Professional Resilience Scale". The study conducted correlation analysis to evaluate the associations between teacher professional resilience, authentic leadership, and motivation. Furthermore, the application of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was utilized to ascertain the degree to which authentic leadership and motivation can predict teacher professional resilience. The study employed Independent Samples T-Test to investigate if there was a notable difference between teacher professional resilience and factors such as gender, age, marital status, teaching experience, and voluntary choice of the teaching profession. The study revealed a strong and positive correlation between teacher resilience and motivation, a moderate and positive correlation between teacher resilience and authentic leadership, and a significant and positive correlation between authentic leadership and teacher motivation. Furthermore, it was determined that teacher professional resilience was not influenced by characteristics such as gender, marital status, age, and teaching experience. However, it did show a significant difference based on whether or not individuals willingly chose the teaching profession.
