Abstract (EN)

Educational technologies include all old and new technologies that use in education. Today, although it is mostly associated with new technological devices and the development of these devices, products which are pen, paper etc. are actually types of educational technologies as well. Therefore, educational technologies are a very broad concept contrary to what is thought. The fact that the ongoing technological changes in the world manifests itself in the field of education has led to the development and diversification of educational technologies. Due to the differences in the technology level of the countries, it also showed itself in the field of education and revealed the efficiency and productivity of human capital. This study examined the impact of educational technologies on human capital by comparing South Korea and Turkey. The data for the study was obtained by survey of university students in Turkey and South Korea. It has been concluded that the impact of educational technologies on human capital is different in the two countries. Keywords: Educational Technologies, Human Capital, Turkey, South Korea
