Abstract (EN)
The research area is located in Batıköy district of Büyükçekmece district in the south-west of Istanbul. All three sides of Mimaroba city are surrounded by the Marmara Sea. While it was a settlement in Mimarsinan before 2008, it was connected to Büyükçekmece District Municipality with the law passed in 2008. The aim of this study is to compare climate data in the homeland of the major exotic tree species identified in the field by using the climate data of the investigated area and to evaluate them in terms of global climate change. The study consists of three parts. In the first part, the climate characteristics of the research area are tried to be constructed by using various data, graphed and interpreted. In the second part, the climatic characteristics of the main exotic tree species identified in Mimaroba are compared with the climatic characteristics of Mimaroba. For this purpose, the exotic tree species in the study area were identified in the first stage. In the part of the study, climate change assessment was made. In the said weather conditions on a global scale, serious changes in the last half century is said and Turkey most affected by these changes and also one of the countries that will be affected. Climate modeling and scientific scenarios indicate that there is a global change in climate. In this context, it is possible to see the issue of climate change as a long-term and slow-developing change with a very general approach, regardless of the cause, with large-scale and significant local impacts on climate conditions. The modeling and climate scenarios across the structures due to climate change will increase the temperature and precipitation in Turkey between 1 and 6 ° C, will become more frequent irregularities are reported. In this context, national and international scale of climate modeling and scenario made climate change related to Turkey and the effects especially on the rich biological diversity, created projections analyzed in accordance with, the effects of climate change have been evaluated.
