Abstract (EN)

Earthquakes cause serious damage to structural and non-structural elements. While the integrity of structural elements is important in severe earthquakes, it is also necessary to prevent damage to non-structural elements in medium and small earthquakes to prevent loss of life and property. Fibrous composite materials can be used to prevent damage to non-structural elements. In this study, it is aimed to produce fly ash-based geopolymer mortar, to produce geopolymer-based fibrous composite material by using grid models obtained by using additive manufacturing technologies in the produced mortar, and to examine its physical and mechanical properties. 5 different filament materials, 5 different grid models and 2 different grid thicknesses were used in the geopolymer mortar. On the samples produced; Water absorption, apparent porosity, unit volume weight, apparent density, determination of rupture energy, bending strength and compressive strength experiments were carried out. The samples were examined depending on the changing parameters and it was determined that the samples that gave the highest breaking energy were the samples created with thick mesh model TPU filament. It has been concluded that composite materials created with TPU filament can be used in non-structural elements.
