Abstract (EN)
In this experiment tomatoes, eggplant, pepper and cucumber were grown in glass house and open area to investigate the effects of mineral, farm and organic fertilizers on yield quality. The obtained results are; there is no difference in the yield, rates of any element in (such as Fe, Ca, Cu ,K ,Mn, Mg, Cr and Zn) fruits of plants at both type of fertilizers. Although mineral fertilizer increases quality of fruit such as hardness, taste,brightness and etc. Also the mineral fertilizer's cost cheaper than organic fertilizer. Plant diseases did not create any significant problem during the growing seasons. Keywords: Tomatoes, eggplant, pepper, cucumber, organic farming, fertilizer.
