Abstract (EN)

Energy sustainability is important for our country like all over the world as it. In this context the production of energy is important in our country and the world where our energy needs are increasing. As is known, energy is produced through ''fossil '' and '' renewable '' sources. The effects of non-renewable energy sources on the environment and on people are known to everyone. The problem of global warming, which is the result of the use of fossil fuels encourages us to evaluate renewable energy sources. Renewable energy resources have all of the attributes of accesibility, availability, and acceptability. One of the most important parameters of energy production is power plant costs. In this paper a sample of an investment has been assessed using financial analysis methods. These include methods such as net present value and internal rate of return. Additionally, was mentioned to solar power plants to regulations and legislations. The change of investment costs and the development of solar energy in our counrty has been discussed from the past to present day. The parameters and feasibility analysis with about installion of solar power plant in the thesis has been prepared with actual results. It has been intented to be a guide from the perspective.
