Abstract (EN)
Today, with the widespread use of computers in working environments, the use of screened tools has increased directly. Screened tools include not only computers but also various technological devices such as industrial systems, cameras, calculators, radio television broadcasting devices and even cell phones, which are now indispensable. There are many factors that have a serious negative impact on human health that are not appropriate during the use of screen devices. These problems are the basis of occupational diseases such as musculoskeletal disorders, back pain and eye strain. As a result of these concerns, the EU enacted the "Directive 90/270/EEC on Minimum Health and Safety Requirements for Work with Display Screen Devices" without wasting time. In the process of harmonization with the European Union, our country has also enacted the "Regulation on Health and Safety Measures in Working with Display Screen Devices" as an equivalent regulation. In this study, first of all, working with screen devices and possible health problems that may be encountered in these studies and the minimum requirements that should be accompanied by them are mentioned. In addition to this, it has been seen that there is not enough scientific studies on these two regulations within the borders of our country.
