This thesis studies the concept of mentioning the Earth in the Holy Quran and how Quranic verses address and cover the Earth theme in terms of words in the Quranic contexts and the indications and implications they have , shedding light on each of them. However, the study has approached the Earth theme starting from elaboration and interpretation the meaning of the words associated with the creation of the Earth and relevant contexts . The conceptual implication and significance of these words and their contexts are explored and researched in the study . Then the research defines and introduces the words that are used to refer to the creation of the Earth and their meanings. Covering and clarifying the verbal changes on words that refer to the Earth in each quranic context have been addressed in the study. To conclude , the researcher tries to find out the purpose behind using certain words that refer to the Earth and their semantic meanings through studying the relevant Quranic texts , and showing the views of the Holy Quran interpreters and linguists in reaching the meaning of the words and their multiple forms.
