Sâd sûresin'de fasıl ve vasıl

Correctly expressing the meaning you want to relay, choosing the elements of the sentence correctly and using them in appropriate places to prevent the misunderstanding or lack of understanding of the meaning is very important. Therefore, one of the important topics that everyone who speaks or writes has to know and appreciate their importance is the topic of "fasl and wasl". Because every mistake that is done about applying fasl and wasl amongst the elements of the sentence takes the meaning away from whatever was intended to be meant and causes a misunderstanding for an audience. In this study, some very basic issues about the topic are explained. For example; the possibility of spreading the topic to the words instead of keeping it in the sentence only; similarly, the possibility of including all the other atf letters instead of waw and the reasons why linguists put this much importance on this topic etc. This study has two main parts. In the first part the theoretical issues like; the definition of the topic, identification of the limits, identification and the analysis of the problems and the identification of the places that fasl and wasl are needed to be applied are explained. In the second part, the information that is gathered in the first part is applied to Quran which is the book that the humanity lacks the ability to imitate something similar to it and the book that is a miracle both with its word and the meaning. During the study; the classical resources that the Arabic linguists have written are researched, the information that is gathered is read and analysed, a comparative analysis with the other contemporary studies is done and a result is reached. According to that, the conclusions that the topic of fasl and wasl is not only related to the sentences but it includes the parts of the sentences as well; and considering the evidences provided, the reference letters other than waw are needed to be considered in the scope of this topic; are drawn.
