Every nation must have the values against which it is judging, Values have always been at the forefront of the goals of the heavenly messages. The laws that people put in place write in their prologues their values that they appeal to, Regardless of those values, whether negative or positive, they are the preferences of each society according to what they have agreed upon. And as the matter of values is of great importance to individuals and societies، the researcher sought to shed light on it In this study tagged with (Media values in the Quranic discourse). And because the topic is broad, it was necessary to define it with limits, Otherwise, talking about values is a conversation about Islam, because it is a religion of values par excellence, Therefore, the researcher took examples of values, specifically media values. In the first chapter, it deals with media values and their significance for the Interpreters of the Holy Quran, and that is in two sections: the first: regarding the positive media values in the Qur'an discourse their connotations. As for the second: it was about the negative media values in the Qur'an discourse and their connotations. In the second chapter, the researcher dealt with the significance of the Qur'anic discourse, in two sections, the first was in the semantics of words, and the second was in the meaning of the operative and the concept. In the third chapter, he took the Qur'anic discourse and the effects of media values in it on the formation of the behavior of the individual and society in two sections, the first in the Qur'anic discourse and its significance for the commentators, and the second in the effects of media values in the Qur'anic discourse on the formation of the behavior of the individual and society. Then the conclusion, which included the most important findings of the researcher, that the Noble Qur'an is the greatest source of media values, and that there are positive and commendable values mentioned by God Almighty in order to work with them and adhere to what it call for elevation and advancement. He also mentioned reprehensible negative values in order to avoid and forbid it And the warning against them. the values contained in the Book of God Almighty do not change with the change of time and place, for they are the divine source that acquired their sanctity from God Almighty, and that media values have positive and negative effects.
