Abstract (EN)
In this study, it has targeted determination of para nitrophenol (PNP) which is a toxic and carcinogenic compounds at high selectivity. For this purpose, nanofiber systems containing PNP memory nanoparticles have been developed. Nanofiber systems containing PNP memory nanoparticles is coated onto Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) electrode by the electrospinning method. Langmuir, Freundlich and Temkin models were applied to describe the adsorption isotherms. The dedection limit of QCM nanosensor has calculated as 1,2 mM. Also the PNP adsorption of nanofiber systems containing PNP memory nanoparticles was measured spectrophotometrically depending on amount of adsorbent, stirring time and pH parameters. The dedection limit of spectrophotometric measurements has calculated as 5,8x10-4 mM.
