Abstract (EN)

In this study, ZnO semiconductor films were obtained by electrodeposition method. Depositions of films were carried out in four main sets. In first set, effects of oxygen and pHs of solutions on films were represented In second set, the experiements carried out under constant value of alternating magnetic field and effects of magnetic field were investigated. In third set, effects of oxygen and constant value of magnetic field on films which were obtained by using Zn(NO3)2.6H2O electrolyte were researched. In fourth set, effects of oxygen and constant value of magnetic field on films which were obtained by using ZnCl2 electrolyte were considered. The optical properties of obtained all films were determined from absorbance measurements vs wavelength that were obtained by UV-VIS device. The structural properties of the films were determined by using XRD. The morphologic characteristics and elemental analysis of the films were investigated by SEM-EDX device.
