After the project analysis phase, a visual composition was performed very carefully. While project was being coded, development tools for easy coding was not used and performance analyses performed for the pages with intense content and massive database connectivity to offer a new approach in order to increase application performance. In addition to that, in this study web technologies that were used to develop the application, electronic commerce concept were basically examined and also the developed application?s functions were explained in detail.
