Abstract (EN)

In this study, producing ceramic copper oxide with graphene doped, was aimed by electrospinning method. In order to prepare a solution suitable for nanofiber production by electrospinning method, an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol graphene oxide and copper acetate was prepared by sol-gel method. The solutions of different contents were spun and nano-sized fiber was produced by electro-spinning. Calcination process was applied to the fiber structure at 400°C polymer, composite and ceramic nanofibers produced. Thermal characterization of produced nanofibers; differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TGA/DTA) and surface characterization by scanning electron microscope method (SEM), the structural characterization of the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FT-IR) was made with. Surface characterization and structural characterization processes were applied to the product after calcination. The results were evaluated together and nanolifs were characterized.
